Sons of Sam Houston Tactical Proving Grounds is a new and ambitious project, built on the foundation of real-world tactical expertise and a commitment to the airsoft community.
We recognize that the best Milsim experiences come from listening to players, learning from experienced airsofters, and adapting to the evolving needs of our community.
Our goal is to mold and refine this facility into a first-class tactical training and Milsim battleground—not just a field, but a proving ground where skill, teamwork, and strategy reign supreme.

As the founder, I bring practical working knowledge as a private security contractor, where I’ve worked in high-threat environments, securing personnel and assets with professionalism and precision. I am an alumnus of Pacific West Academy, one of the premier schools for executive protection and security training. My background also includes TECC/TCCC certification (formerly held), Advanced Route Planning, and Active Shooter Response Training—knowledge that directly translates into creating immersive, scenario-based airsoft gameplay that mirrors real-world operations.

Beyond security, I am also a former firefighter, a profession that instilled in me the importance of quick decision-making, adaptability, and teamwork under pressure. My background in emergency response has shaped my understanding of situational awareness, crisis management, and operational efficiency—skills that directly translate into creating a structured and immersive Milsim environment.

My employees and partners include military veterans and individuals with similar tactical backgrounds—each bringing unique real-world experience to our mission. Together, we are committed to building a one-of-a-kind Milsim facility, blending tactical realism with the thrill of strategic gameplay and community engagement.
